Graham Anthony Associates enjoyed a strong end to 2017, gaining approval for over 91 new homes in the last quarter of the year. With permission now granted, subject to the signing of the S106 agreements, these new sites are now available for enquiries. In terms of location, the 4 housing sites are roughly spread along the A6 corridor between Lancaster -Garstang and all benefit from outline planning consent (all matters reserved other than access).
