Architectural and Planning servicers were provided to secure permission for a new lifeboat house on the prominent Southport, Sea Front.
We have been involved with Cleveley Bridge Fisheries since the beginning securing the original permission in 2006 to convert a former fish hatchery into the recreational fishery that can be seen today. Since then a number of other successful applications have been submitted for this site which have helped the business to grow both in terms of popularity, and profitability.
The project at Crane Hall Fisheries focused on asset maximisation as the client was looking to market the site. Therefore, the Design Team secured permission for an onsite livework dwelling and 6 holiday lodges that have provided a significant uplift in the site’s value.
Sometimes it’s the simple projects that deliver the most impact like this small office conversion at Garstang Marina. The before and after photo emphasising that even the most unnoteworthy structures can be revitalised.
Our Design Team has years of experience navigating the tricky legalities surrounding site licenses, and over the years we have helped numerous leisure park owners to maximise their assets.
However, what we really pride ourselves on is our client retention, and the continued support we receive within an industry that is very much results driven. Please see a sample of some of the parks that we have worked with:
