Our experience in conservation areas and on listed buildings includes The New Masonic Hall, Domestic listed dwellings all over the Uk, Wyreside Hall Hotel, The Queens Hotel, Waterstones Preston City Centre, and The Resource Centre Garstang. The Design Team also undertook a conversion of a cottage on Bridge Street, Garstang which gained an award for special recognition for design from Wyre Borough Council.
Wyreside Hall is a Grade II* listed manor, that has been lovingly restored to create an outstanding hotel, wedding venue, and function space, set in stunning grounds, on the edge of the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Back in 2012 we received an enquiry from an incredibly passionate and driven group, who sought to reinvigorate what was then a dilapidated shell. Our expert team set out delivering a roadmap for the client that involved carefully navigating the perils of the planning system and working with a listed building. Our vision was turning the client's dream into a viable reality.
Since our initial enquiry, our team have designed and secured planning consent for change of use of the Manor itself into a hotel complete with extensions, function rooms, additional guest bedrooms and a leisure complex. Our team have also secured consent for the conversions of several outbuildings to provide supplementary accommodation.
It is a project that we are immensely proud of and have sincere gratitude to the owners for allowing our team the opportunity to become part of Wyreside's legacy.
